The staff, David and Skippy went above and beyond to take care of my wife’s 2024 BMW 430i Coupe. They gave sound advice, did the work faster than expected with a quality that exceeded all expectations. You would never had known the vehicle ever had damage at all. Thank you gentlemen. Job well done and if the need ever arises, we will be back.

They tried to blame on something else that caused the body paint cracked and split. I will never use or recommend Gerber Collision &Glass.
- B2BTill 20172018Nov 8, 20235.0Just dropped off our Mazda for repairs. Deer collision on Suwanee Dam. Watch out!!! They are everywhere. Seems to be good people at Gerber. Will keep you posted on State Farm Claim repair. Update #1. Great communication. Text link with current status of our repair arrived shortly after vehicle dropped off. Give a status update of activity. Update #2, still no eta on repairs. Waiting on parts. Good customers service though. I am being kept in the loop. Hope we get it back this week. Update #3 all but one part accounted for. Seems Mazda is the hold up. Waiting on a call back from Amanda who was in a meeting when I called to determine if there are any other options than waiting a month or more. The part eta is said to be Dec 15 or later. About a more or even into 2024. That is hard to take.
