The staff, David and Skippy went above and beyond to take care of my wife’s 2024 BMW 430i Coupe. They gave sound advice, did the work faster than expected with a quality that exceeded all expectations. You would never had known the vehicle ever had damage at all. Thank you gentlemen. Job well done and if the need ever arises, we will be back.

Reported to the insurance company to resolve this problem. Will see if my insurance company will address this issue

The insurance company recommended Gerber because they offer warranty on their work as long as you own the vehicle. Several months later I happened to find out the paint started cracking on door they fixed. I brought it back and they came up with excuses that the door was impacted by something. I showed the car to other body shop and they told me he cannot see any impact and they think it caused by bondo they used to fix the body damage and it cracked due to poor job. I don't know what to do now and try to claim through the insurance company by getting evaluation from insurance affiliated body shop. I should have gone to Dealership body shop for better quality job and warranty. Personally I don't recommend Gerber collision & glass in Buford

I actually got the car back 3 days earlier than they had promised. All of the employees that I met were very efficient and capable but above all they were extremely friendly. I could not recommend a company any higher than this Gerber Center located in Buford, Ga.!
