Last year I went to another location only charged me nearly $90, but this location charged me even much expensive than not only other location, even more expensive than my car dearer ship. Never go to there anymore!!! Shame on you !
- SWS. W.4 days ago3.0Express it was not. This was the slowest Express Oil I have ever patronized. The initial encounter started off great with the individual that greeted me. He had excellent customer service and went above and beyond to assist with my tag application. The guy who actually changed my oil-not so much. He lacked customer service skills and failed to carryover the customer first approach that his colleague had implemented. He didn’t want to change out my headlight stating he would have to take out the battery. (A battery removal in a Honda is very simple-as a matter of fact, we had just replaced the battery the night prior and the removal & replacement took about 10 minutes) . He didn’t not check ANY of my fluids, despite knowing the car hadn’t been driven in a very long time, and instead of focusing on his job and delivering excellent or at least basic customer service, he was asking me rude and invasive questions. He didn’t attempt to upsell me, however, the basic requirements were not met. The total time I was there was entirely too long for an oil change. I just wanted to get out of there. I do not think I received the discount for ladies day either. I wish I would have gone to Take 5 or a different location. Despicable. Terrible. Awful. Ridiculous. 3/10 I do not recommend.

He was kind and knowledgeable, and even replaced the valve covers on my tires which were cracked or missing. He also checked the tire pressure with the sudden cold weather. I really appreciate the awesome customer service here, regardless whom we see. Thanks!
