I reserved a minivan for 12/26/25, called on 12/24/25 to CONFIRM that my rental would be available (as sometimes in the past you get there and they'd have no rental available) So I madr to call.and confirm to avoid this issue. So I get there 12/26, give my name and he the "manager" said we tried to reach you and we dont have a minivan available. 👀👀 UH?? What do you mean you dont have one available? I called to confirm you would. He rudely replies "well it's nothing I can do. The people who have it called and said they'd be extending their contract!" My heart just fell into my chest because this is a trip to Disney I've planned for months and he couldn't have cared less. This is thee worst Enterprise ever. If the manager....the leader has no control how cam the employee he manages. Disgusting. Just horrible customer service and no care in the world if they dont have your rental you reserved on hand. Horrible. Never rent from this location. NEVER!!

But this time the entire staff was pleasant, courteous, and accommodating. I even got ill on our way home so we had to drop the vehicle off a bit later and they were more than understanding. We will definitely rent from Enterprise and this location again. Thank you Natalie, Derrick and Lashuwn (middle name)!
