  The car I received had not been properly cleaned. There was dust everywhere inside, on console, center console, steering wheel and seats. The car smelled of smoke even though there were no smoking stickers posted throughout. The outside was also dirty, though it had rained on the pickup day. Also, there were a number of fees and taxes not communicated in advance, which added considerably to the rental cost, even though the website on booking presented me with "total cost of rental". The car also needed an oil change and warned me of these every time I got in it. I would likely look at other rental options in the future.

  This is the second time in a row my husband has reserved a car at this location and then gone to pick it up and they decided to rent it to someone else before the time of his designated pick up per the reservation. What is the point of a reservation if it clearly means nothing? We needed a specific size car for our family road trip, which is why the reservation was made. He gets there a few minutes early only to find they rented it out to someone else this morning. And they have nothing comparable, leaving us hanging right before a road trip. Very unprofessional. Seeing how this is common practice, at least at this location, they should probably just not have reservations as an option.

  Don’t book here if you have an important trip. I made a reservation at this location. They refused to honor my reservation and insisted I take a smaller car for the same price. Not only that, but the employee was rude and refused to provide any solutions.

  Definitely top tier service. Much better service and professionalism than Avis for sure. Bryan and his team were outstanding, knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns and needs. The AVIS team here on Bogan Rd in Buford is the best. It’s my pleasure to leave this review. I always recognize quality of service. Thanks guys. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The rental process was seamless since it was a loaner car arranged the dealership. But the counter person was super kind and took a lot of time to inspect the car with me and make sure I had everything I needed. The office reached out during the rental to make sure everything was going well and reached out afterwards to make sure I had had a good rental experience. The service at every step was excellent.
