- SBSean Boivin6 days ago2.0Would have been one star, but I will admit that the two main individuals I have worked with at this camping world and at the Augusta Camping world were great to deal with for the most part. They were very nice, polite, seemed like they wanted to help. BUT... It has been a nightmare trying to get my camper sold through their consignment program. So I blame camping world as a whole. It took way longer than I was told. I got less money than originally discussed. I will agree that this blame can be placed on me as well for getting lured in with the tricks of a salesman (example: "If I dont get this sold in a couple months, I'm not doing my job") I should have taken the instant cash offer of $49k, instead I hoped for the $53k consignment offer but only got $45k once it finally sold 6 months later. I suggest buying a camper from an individual. Or maybe they will revisit their consignment program and revise contracts, terms, negotiation language, etc... to help future customers. Info for anyone planning to buy one from a dealership, I put 10k down on a brand new one, made $14k in payments, then paid an additional $18k once it sold to get out of the two year old camper... So, to own a new camper cost me $42k for two years, not to mention taxes, insurance, maintenance items, etc... Just think before you let one of these salesman reel you in...

However, if you’ve never done it before, then you hope you get a salesman with knowledge and patience. Unexpectedly, I found just that. Cash answered all of my questions, showed me several makes, and models of the size RV I was looking for, and did this without being pushy. When I had a question, he had an answer. I now know the difference between grey water, black water and how to tell if your water tank is full. I appreciate his knowledge and patience. Thanks Cash for doing what you do.

I recently purchased a 2025 Campsite Reserve and discovered a leak at the water heater a week later. They agreed to replace the water heater at no cost and helped me get back out on the road. Thank you to the entire sales and service team for their support in resolving this difficult situation.
