I had my windshield replaced on Feb 9th and they did a sloppy job. The features for alarms while changing lines and air bag on/off do not work. The technician Desmond left cables showing from the mirror to the shield. All this makes me think it was not calibrated right. I am very disappointed at the location in Buford, GA. I would not recommend to go there.
Fantastic experience! They came out to our house to do it, in the rain! Very fast service & even called to see if they could come early. Not to mention their price was less than the local shops around here, I’d definitely recommend!

This guy replaced my windshield and somehow managed to
1. Break my windshield wipers or at the least installed them wrong (it’s raining, thanks for that)
2. Leave my Mirror shaking like a stinking Bobble Head
And 3. Didn’t even install the windshield properly - I can hear air leaking though the right side of the glass as I go down the road
What. The. Heck.
I’ll be updating this post depending on how this matter is resolved….

On Tues Feb 3, 2026, I had an event with deer jumping in front of my truck that resulted in cargo in the back of my truck shifting forward when I slammed on my brakes and it broke my rear window. I immediately called my Auto Insurer and was informed I had full glass coverage, no deductible. They recommended Safelite, and as I had used them once before successfully, I set up a replacement referral, which was scheduled between 1pm & 6pm on Feb 4th. The installer came and started to explain how it worked but I told him I was a repeat customer and knew what to expect. I noticed glass on the inside of my rear cab compartment and told him not to worry about any glass inside the truck as I would vacuum that up myself. I did not know to expect the mess of broken glass in the back of my truck, my carport, and in my driveway. No attempt whatsoever was made to clean up that mess. I went from a satisfied prior customer to a non-repeat customer, and what could/should have been a 5 Star review is now a 3 Star review for the difficult cleanup and continual problem since, to the point that my dachshund got glass in two paws yesterday. Never again! Already researched future auto glass replacement, not including Safelite.
I have had a extremely terrible experience with this and my issue still has not been resolved. The last tech came out 9 days ago and specially said someone would call me. After a week I CALLED and was promised a call back which HAS NOT HAPPENED. I would like someone who reads this to send this to someone who will fix this problem as I currently have 0 faith this will be handled in a professional timely manner. Accountabily needs to be taken place and this is a retraining opportunity for those that have dropped the ball. I am expecting someone to contact me in regards to this.
