  I dealt with their live customer service from their website and had a horrible experience. Decided to hit the “local” Buford location instead, and I’m glad I did. Customer service was amazing. There was a small issue, party mine and party the gentleman I spoke with over the phone, but the sweet lady who helped me went above and beyond to not only help us with what we were there for, but she also helped with our GoodSam account and what we need to do to ensure we get our credits. I’ll for sure only come to this location moving forward.

  Horrible experience with placing an order via the direct website and paying extra for next day shipping. The order kept getting delayed, so I went on my own behalf and made a order directly from Doordash to get my items I needed the same day. Now my original order placed from the Camping World website directly is in a limbo status because the Buford store does not see it anywhere in their system. But I find it funny that the automated text I got when the order gets sent to the store states the order was canceled. The store keeps telling me that the order was already picked up. Do they not understand I PLACED two orders, one from Doordash directly and one from the website!?!? Horrible!

  Super easy experience! Ron was great he spent all the time we needed to find us the right camper. We are super thankful for Ron and Bret!! Thank you camping world!

  Shout-out to Dylan Page. He was so kind and helpful during our whole experience. He navigated showing us several campers that morning and leaving with one that afternoon! We never felt pressured and he was a wealth of knowledge for us newbies. Forever grateful! Thanks also to Bret and Cole for getting us in and out in one day.

  Called to schedule days in advance, but unit we when we arrived they couldn’t find the unit. 30 minutes later they found it on back lot, but between two other units. Had to climb over the bed to see the bathroom. 30 minutes later pulled it out for us to view, but couldn’t figure out how to open slides. Left without price or any questions answered. GM got involved and made us feel good about price, which was appreciated and feel he went out of his way to earn our business. Unit is not the paint we prefer, but price is now right and we are strongly considering.
