I had an absolutely amazing experience with Enterprise in the Buckhead/Piedmont location in Atlanta, and I cannot say enough great things about Keylan!
From start to finish, he was incredibly accommodating, professional, and kind. I had reserved three vans and originally thought we would need to arrange transportation (like an Uber) just to pick them up. Instead, Keylan went above and beyond. He reached out the morning of and offered to bring the vans directly to us. He personally delivered two of them and then transported us to pick up the third, which made a huge difference for our group.
On top of that, he upgraded all 3 of the vans to a Sprinter, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated bonus. When we later received a warning on one of the vans, he handled it immediately and without hesitation. Asking us to bring it back and assuring us he would swap it out. He even had a replacement being cleaned and ready for us.
The entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and truly top-tier customer service. Keylan was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out perfectly for us.
If I ever need to rent a vehicle in the Atlanta area again, I will absolutely return to this Enterprise location just to work with him. Highly recommend!

The staff were professional and polite. They were dressed well and courteous. They appeared to multi-task without error and remained calm and in control. It was a pleasure to observe and be serviced by this group of gentlemen.
I am writing this review on behalf of a close friend who rented a vehicle from this location for a four-day vacation in Florida. What they experienced represents a serious failure in vehicle safety standards, customer service, and corporate accountability.
The vehicle provided had four severely bald tires and an overdue Service B maintenance: conditions that should have been identified and resolved before the car was ever made available for rental. During the trip, a nail punctured one of the already-degraded tires, rendering it undriveable. When my friend contacted this location for assistance, they were told, verbatim, that "Florida is a different state, so I don't know what to tell you." No alternative Enterprise location was offered. No tire shop assistance was coordinated. No apology was given.
My friend spent two of their four vacation days independently sourcing a solution, calling Enterprise locations and tire shops across Florida, while the rental company that put them in this situation offered nothing. ONE OF ENTERPRISE's OWN FIRESTONE LOCATIONS confirmed the tire was too worn to even be temporarily patched. THE TREAD WAS NONEXISTENT. Ultimately, all four tires had to be replaced and realigned before the vehicle was safe to drive.
During this time, my friend was unable to travel or make alternate plans, and missed a visit to Universal Studios Orlando for which approximately $400 in tickets had already been purchased.
Enterprise's formal response to this situation has been a $30 refund on a $300 rental and a verbal promise of a future upgrade. This is not a resolution. My friend paid a premium for a luxury vehicle and received an unsafe car, no support during an emergency of Enterprise's own making, and a week-later corporate follow-up that fell outside the three-business-day window they were given.
After weeks of follow-up and persistent hounding, my friend was eventually issued a refund, but the fact that it required that level of effort to receive what was clearly owed speaks volumes about how this company handles accountability. A resolution that should have been offered immediately instead became an additional burden on a customer who had already lost vacation time, missed a $400 theme park visit, and managed a safety emergency that Enterprise created. The refund was not a gesture of goodwill. It was the bare minimum, extracted only through persistence.
I would strongly caution AGAINST anyone renting from this location, but if you have to, THOROUGHLY inspect your vehicle before leaving the lot. Based on this experience, that due diligence is clearly not being done on your behalf.

"As professionals who work in the customer service industry every day, my partner and I
are incredibly impressed with this branch.
A massive shout-out to Keylan (the Branch Manager), Brennan, and Duane. These guys are the gold standard—super accommodating, incredibly nice, and they handled every single question we had with genuine kindness.
Great selection, seamless experience, and just really wonderful people who clearly care about their customers. You’ve won our loyalty, and we’ll be telling all our friends to come here specifically. If you need a rental in Buckhead, this is the team you want!"
