Gave me a van that didn’t include Bluetooth, shocks, was old, dirty, stained seats, trash in the doors, uncomfortable, and had to wait for the van over an hour before being allowed to pick it up. Despite speaking to agent at 9am that I would be there at 12 noon. Keep telling me van was getting the oil changed. The oil should have been changed prior to pick up day. The van looked like it was parked somewhere for years and was dirty both inside and outside. Shocks on van were so bad we felt like we were on a bucking Bronco horse. Never experienced this kind of rental with Enterprise and will not be spending money at this company again.

Then when I can in I met Dominique. Make Dominique at least the regional manager. He made my experience so smooth. I had an issue and he addressed it quickly, professionally, and with care. This is the only location I will be going to moving forward.
