  Great experience with this location. The two gentlemen who helped us out, Mr. Abel and Mr. Yacouba were incredibly accommodating and helpful. 10/10 would recommend this branch with these two gentlemen in particular.

  I rent from this location frequently for work trips and when servicing my vehicle. Very reliable, and responsive. Have never had an issues. Front office staff very polite and respectful. I tropical do hertz, but have enjoyed the experience here and will consider enterprise at other locations also.

  I’ve had to rent through my insurance only once before, and this is the only Enterprise location that gives me constant issues. The same front-desk employee treats me differently because of my age, repeatedly implying I might damage the car even though my insurance fully covers it. He also keeps changing the requirements asking for a credit card, paystubs, and extra documents despite the fact that I previously rented with the same debit card and deposit with no problem. He even charged my card multiple times without telling me. Because of the unprofessional treatment at this location, I went to the Piedmont Enterprise instead, where the service was much better.

  Update: if you need any confirmation that my review below is accurate and truthful, look at the reply from the owner. “Go to our website contact page and contact us.” Really, Natalie, you don’t think I tried every one of those phone numbers and contact options before I had no choice but to sit with my children and their packed backs and explain to them that we couldn’t go to see their cousins or grandparents because the rental car company didn’t care enough about us to get the car we reserved or even bother to attempt at finding a solution for us? Not a single person I spoke to wanted to help me, but I should send in all my details and contact info? You all deserve to go bankrupt. We did thanksgiving on FaceTime today because enterprise is too lousy of a company to even TRY to help us with the reservation we made a month in advance. No comps no discount not even an apology. Just overbook and underdeliver. Business as usual. The absolute worst rental car experience Ive ever had. Reserved my vehicle one month in advance. Confirmed in person one week in advance. Confirmed on the phone one day in advance and arrived early on the morning of my reservation to be told no cars were available and they had no plan to find more. Myself and two young children had to miss the thanksgiving holiday with our family because this corporation has zero respect for their customers. Never again. Never enterprise. Never trust this company and especially never trust this location or their incompetent management. Use any other company, this is not the enterprise of the early 2000s. Something has with enterprise and it’s absolutely for the worse. Despicable.
