  Good service and quality work. They were courteous and friendly even though they were really busy and they do work on weekends, so it's very convenient. The only problem was that when I set up the appointment, they were unable to get the tire I ordered when the website said they could. It was resolved quickly over the phone with no issues.

  I placed my order and appointment online for four tires and tpms sensor check. When I arrived I was surprised by how not busy this location was. After the work was completed and I was checking out I questioned whether or not the tpms sensors had been replaced and was told by the two service advisors they weren’t, because they didn’t have any in stock. I can’t believe that a tire shop doesn’t have them in stock or at least have the ability to get them. They informed me I could come back and they would give me a “good deal “! I asked what a good deal was and was told probably $100 for the sensors. I purchased a set of four sensors from Amazon for $20 and they were delivered the next day. A couple hours later I had them installed myself. If the service advisors weren’t so busy playing around on their phones instead of taking care of customers maybe I would give a better rating.

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire. The service was truly five-star from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. They got me in and out quickly, and the quality of the work was top-notch. It’s not often you find a place that combines great customer service with efficiency like this. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone needing tire or auto service.

  I was in such a jam the other day I got a flat tire and had my car towed to Mavis. I have a Volkswagen and it has those locks on the wheels so I had to go find a A key which I did at Boatwright Volkswagen. Then I took it back to Mavis and they were ready to give up because they couldn’t get it the tire off. The Key was slipping and wasn’t working. They didn’t give up. . They were able to fix my tire that had a nail in it and make my day a lot better if it wasn’t for Joseph, Austin, and T I don’t know what I would’ve done.And they didn’t charge me a dime. Excellent Service, care and concern.

  I would like to express my total shock at my experience at Mavis yesterday I called them and explained that I had a 2003 Lexus with lock lug nuts one on each tire and wanted to remove them and replace them with regular lug nuts my key is broken do you have the ability to remove them they said yes bring the car in so I did only to be told to remove 4 lugs will cost 25$ a piece thats 100$ to screw off 4 lugs my head is still spinning I could not believe they would risk ruining their reputation the way the representative responded it seems to be common practice to ridiculously inflate the prices and take advantage of unsuspected or uneducated customers what I did next confirmed that this is true I called Firestone tire with the same inquiry there price was 24$ to remove all 4 lugs it blew my mind and convinced of Mavis tires lack of integrity but I went one step further I went out to Brunswick Toyota made the same inquiry to my surprise the technician came out with a master lock set and screwed them off it took 1 minute no exaggeration he handed them to me smiled and got a good laugh when I told him what Mavis attempted to charge me hopefully they will change honesty and fairness and kindness is the true key to success
