- CACheer Passion AllstarsApr 9, 20261.0We reserved a car last week and when I went to go get my car we were told "yeah we have no cars". Same as they told the people in line on front of me. My reservation was for 2:30 we got there at 5 due to traffic coming from Florida- "we only hold cars for 30 min. You could have called us but our phone are broken." Never in my life has a rental car not been available when a reservation has been made. This severely messed up our plans.

- WAWilliam ArmstrongMar 20, 20261.0Had reservations for March 20 through March 23 2026 planned 2½ weeks ahead of time. Get there to pick up rental and was told that a major credit card was needed to rent this vehicle. Even when we got the confirmation call about payment we told enterprise that we was paying with a Visa debt card and it was confirmed that we could get the rental. Now we was refused because we didn't have a major credit card even after seeing that it was agreed that we was using visa debit card the assistance manager still refused to rent the vehicle and was told it was policy. Asked for corporate number and call enterprise corporate office they advised us that it was up to the manager discretion. Now we go back into enterprise and asked the assistance manager could we speak to the manager she boldly told us the manager was not there and wouldn't be back until maybe Monday. So we call the very same enterprise location and asked for the manager and was told he wasn't in, but litterly 2 minutes after calling from my phone with out leaving a name or number. The manager John calls my wife phone and didn't want to honor our rental after being long time customers because something that was a mistake on their part.
