- LCL CardinalNov 9, 20255.0We saw the sign on the highway stating a Racetrac off this exit. Racetrack is known for good strong coffee and great selection of creamers. This location did not disappoint. They had a nice selection of donuts too. Both of the check out clerks were welcoming.

They were all talking amongst themselves with no regard for the customers. I used the restroom and it had paper on the floor, no soap or toilet paper installed in the handicapped bathroom. I used the handicapped bathroom because the other toilet had floaters. It was disgusting. There was a left over roll of toilet paper available so I used that to wipe and dry my hands but wasn't able to wash my hands properly bc again, there was no soap. I got filtered water for the dogs from the soda machine and it is soda water, not plain water. So now I'm on the road with no water for the dogs, unsure about the cleanliness of my hands, looking around for a wet wipe or something. Ps, yes I did push the little lever for filtered water, I use these all the time.

Never acknowledged customers personally. No hi,thank you…nothing but she continued that phone conversation. Bathrooms with no tissue. I noticed cameras so please pull them. Time is around 520pm.
