It’s a 30 year old Jetta and doesn’t require full synthetic oil. The staff was friendly, but I really feel like I got scammed on this one. Waited in the lobby and thought they’d tell or give me service options at some point. Then they tell me the car is done and it’s literally double the price of what I thought the service should or would be comparatively with literally any other shop using conventional motor oil.
