  Fast and easy to rent a car. Fast and easy to return the car. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Staff is very helpful and willing to assist from beginning to end.

  Booked a premium car which altima or similar when i got there they said oh we don’t have this kind of car we only have mini van which $30 more or an ugly small mitsubishi which is the worst car i ever drove and he still charge me extra for this car he said we don’t have these premium car here but coporate put them online cheaper to convince people to rent them but they don’t have it and the problem he is a liar he said i was trying to call you but we don’t have your phone number in the reservation and everyone know this is a lie every reservation yoi have put the phone number 🤷🏻‍♂️ bad experience very bad customer service and they lie to you to make u buy their insurance (Don’t go there)

  My fiancé is currently at the in Georgia for work. He reserved a car online for the weekend and took an uber over. When he arrived he was told that all cars are gone and no rentals are left. The guy working there told him that he meant to call but just didn’t. Very rude and unprofessional. Called to make a reservation for him for next weekend with a person, it is an automated service to make reservations so I waited to speak with an associate at the store. They wanted to transfer me back to that automated service for reservations. I waited over 30 minutes for a supervisor, I hung up and called back to be told by an associate that the supervisor was busy assisting customers. I was a customer, my fiancé was a customer. However we were not treated like we were. They promise to “go the extra mile” but it is clear that is not the case. The extra mile would have been a simple curtesy call or even an apology. I was told a supervisor would call me back but they have been closed for about an hour now and have not received that call. I’m sure when they have your rental as promised it is a great experience; however, they do not handle mistakes well and take 0 accountability for their errors.

  Excellent service , I was picked up by one of Enterprise drivers quickly at the collision center, at the office the process was easy and efficient. Great staff. Return process in less than 10 minutes.
