There isn't much that should have to be said about a car rental company. As long as they have your car on time and it runs fine, they've basically accomplished the task. I had to use a rental for approximately two weeks because somebody stupidly hit my parked car.
Enterprise was pretty straightforward to work with and I didn't have to jump through a lot of hoops. $50 deposit upfront but you get it back as long as there are no issues.
I'm going to take off one star because the car was a rather crumby Carolla or something like that. Either they just washed the inside or they left the windows down because the cloth seats were wet when we got in. It also had only two gallons of gas in it. The other annoying aspect was that they kept calling me everyday saying the car needed to be returned in one day. This is because the insurance company didn't want to extend the rental more than one day at a time. Obviously this isn't Enterprise's fault, but you'd think the rental/insurance/autobody companies could communicate and leave the customer out of all the back and forth.
Overall there was nothing outstanding about the experience, but I didn't expect there to be. Not the best rental service I've had but it was perfectly adequate.

I recently traveled through Brunswick GA where my vehicle broke down. Due to the extent of the repair my vehicle needed I rented a car to finish out my trip to Florida. I booked online as that’s the easiest for me. It’s a simple process. When I arrived at this location, check in was a breeze. The staff member who verified my booking and the staff member who showed me that car were friendly and personable. I had the rental car on the road in about 15 minutes off to my next destination. When returning I had the same experience. I parked in the designated area and walked in. A friendly staff member took my key, went to the car to verify all was good, came back in to explain my final bill, and I was on my way. That took maybe 15 minutes as well. Thank you for making this so easy during a stressful time!

I booked a rental 3 weeks ago. Less than 48 hours I was told they didn’t have what I booked but would have something else.. not a big deal.. I show up at 545pm for a 6pm pickup, was told the wait was going to be very long. There were 10 other people in the lobby, all waiting on vehicles. An hour later, the front desk lady comes in to tell me they have nothing for me. I spent $70 in Ubers. Waited an hour m (now all other local rental places are closed) and was told very uncaringly that they have nothing and to try again tomorrow. I honestly can’t believe what just played out. Lost hundred of dollars on plans that can’t be refunded, and had to spend more money on uber to get back to my hotel.
As I’m waiting on my uber myself and the guy next to me (who they didn’t even tell that he wasn’t getting a car) were told to leave the store so they could lock up.
