  I want to thank our salesman Mr.Chance for his great customer service. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Also, the vending machine was out of service and Mr. Chance went out of his way and brought my husband and I a drink from the gas station. This is what you call going above and beyond for your customers. Yes, it’s a small thing but huge to us! Thank you Mr.Chance and we love our new truck.

  Kilah was incredibly helpful and patient with me while I was very picky about buying finding a vehicle that suited my needs. I’d recommend asking for her! I’ve had to take my truck in a couple times since purchasing due to unforeseen vehicle issues. The service shop really holds vaden below its competitors. Really bad communication and doesn’t seem to pay too much attention to things. I dropped my truck off and they kept it for almost two weeks because they were waiting on approval for the fix The only updates I got were me having to call them and ask what’s going on of which the answer was we’re still waiting. On top of that, had to bring my truck in again because what they fixed came off and had to be fixed again.
