So I recently made a review because I had a bad experience over some issues with my truck. Not due to the service department but due to DSI people that did not properly do their job while installing the lift and tires. After making the review Mike Tade, the Fixed Operations Manager, reached out as the service manager. He said give me the chance to make it right. I took the truck to him to be looked at and he went above and beyond to make it right. He personally came and discussed everything with me when I got there and helped out tremendously. I personally did not expect this but want to personally thank Mike for being a stand up guy and helping fix a messed up situation.

My truck I bought in August 2025 has 4,900 miles on it and the front 2 tires are bald on the inside. It has a lift and tires put on it but someone didn't do an alignment causing the tires to bald and have to be replaced. When I called the service department the lady that answered said they wouldn't replace it and when I told her to ask the manager the manager said it wouldn't be covered. Now I'm having to fork out over 1200 dollars to replace the front 2 tires because they refuse to admit they didn't properly align the truck after the lift and tires were installed. Will not ever use them for services or purchase from them ever again.

Honestly one of the most dissapointing experiences with a dealership. We spoke with Logan and agreed upon a time to meet prior to the day we were supposed to test drive. We spoke with him the same morning confirming we were coming in which he responded something along the lines of “Okay, im here untill 8, the keys will be ready for you.”
We arrive at the dealership to figure out the car was sold appropriately 3 hours ago. No call, text, nothing and we drove from Florida with an 11 month old, my husband, and I in my third tri-mester of a high risk pregnancy.
Were not even mad the car sold, its the lack of communication and customer service. PLEASE for the love of God be considerate of potential customers. A quick phone call or text would have easily saved us 4 hours of time!

This Journey began in the service department, with Roy Johnson , Who received my truck with some major repairs needed. After thoroughly assessing the damage and amount to repair he gave me several options, which were available. After the decision was made, he referred me to sales person,Marty They Both explored different options with me with absolutely no pressure and I felt like they both had my best interest at heart. Both of these employees went above and beyond in making sure my decision was based on facts with absolutely no pressure. It's one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had at an automobile dealership. These guys are to be. Commended, and I will definitely do business with them again thank you guys so much for all that you did and the way you treated me!
