  Tony from commercial vustomer Doctor Diesel Auto and Truck Repair i. Millerville. MD. On behalf of me and the company i would like to extend my eternal gratitude for the customer service from Mike the manager Gerry the driver for going above and beyond what customer service should all be about. I broke down in the middle of a road trip from Maryland to Florida on the way back. Alternator died and the battery was in bad shape due to age. They not only delivered the parts for the service but they entrusted me with tools to do the repairs as well. Big shout out to that team in Brunswich, GA. Made os home safely. Thanks again team.

  Travis was very customer focused and friendly. He went above and beyond in helping me purchase and installation of two new filters, much needed on my car. He saved me the time and trouble of having to do it myself or find someone else. Thanks so much! He is the type of employee that you would want to represent your company.

  Today I had the absolute worst customer service.I have ever received in my life. The employee lawrence was absolutely rude and condescending with everything that he said. For reference I went in to get my mom's battery recharged, because it had died. Upon walking into the store, it was obvious.Lawrence was the only person working.So I waited patiently when it came to my turn laurence was already in a horrible mood like he didn't wanna be there or work there. He did not check the battery at all. He did not give me a time on when the battery would be recharged.Just kept saying a couple hours when I asked for more specific time. He didn't ask me if the battery was bought from there.(Which it was) Or if I was a previous customer and was overall horrible to me he whole time. At first, the manager travis backed lawrence in his actions my first impressions of him was similar to how I thought of Laurence, just condescending and rude even saying, at one point that he would not even look at the battery.And that I should just find a different store to go to But after everything calmed down my mother and Travis had a conversation where the whole situation was revealed and how Lawrence's bad attitude escalated everything In the first place, the manager checked the battery realized It was dead and also that it had the warranty. Because he CHECKED, and at the end of the situation, my mother got another battery for her car and everything was sorted I did call corporate about the situation.Because the way that lawrence handled the situation and his customer service is was extremely and utterly disgusting. Travis is a good manager and made the best out of a bad situation

  Great place looks better than it looked a month ago when I was here. Must be new management I’m glad it’s finally changed Travis and Danny was great help
