    I have never experienced customer service as terrible as what I went through at this AutoZone. The moment I walked in, it was obvious something was very wrong with how this store is run. I stood in line with no employees in sight for several minutes. Eventually, an employee named Jasmine came in, apologized for the wait, and called for someone to assist. What happened next was completely unacceptable. The employee she called, Gerrie, didn’t just respond with attitude — she screamed “WHAT?!” from the back of the store, loud enough for everyone to hear. It was aggressive, unprofessional, and shocking behavior for someone working in customer service. But the part that disturbed me the most was this: Throughout my time in the store, I observed a clear difference in how she treated customers. People of color were met with attitude, while white customers were treated noticeably better. That made me very uncomfortable and says a lot about the environment being allowed in that store. This location needs serious management attention and corrective action. No customer should ever have to experience this. I also want to make it clear that I know my previous review was removed. I will be reporting this concern — including the deletion of my original review — to the appropriate departments. Customers deserve transparency and accountability.

I stood in line with no employees anywhere in sight. After waiting, an employee walked through the door named Jasmine came up, apologized, and called for someone to help. What happened next was honestly unbelievable: The employee she called Gerrie didn’t just respond rudely. She screamed “WHAT?!” from the back of the store so loudly and aggressively that everyone in the store heard it. It was hostile, childish, and completely unprofessional. If you hate your job that much, stay home. Then comes the part that really showed her character: As a person of color, I could clearly see the difference in how she treats customers. She was rude, dismissive, and didn’t even try to help me yet she turned around and was polite and friendly with white customers. It was disgusting and it was obvious. I called ahead to confirm the part I needed, and Jasmine told me it was in stock. But when Gerrie finally bothered to come up front, she went to the back, returned, and said the part “wasn’t there.” She didn’t look. She didn’t care. She just wanted to get rid of me. Thankfully, Jasmine double-checked, went to the back herself, and — surprise — the part was right there. Jasmine did Gerrie job for her. This was by far the poorest, most disrespectful, and most unprofessional experience I have ever had in ANY store. The only competent employee in that entire building was Jasmine. If it weren’t for her, this trip would have been a complete waste of time. I will absolutely not return to this location as long as Jerry is employed there. And will also let everyone know my experience at this location.Her behavior is unacceptable, and no customer should have to deal with that level of disrespect.

    We had been smelling a sulfur smell for a few days and had no idea where it was coming from. Then the battery started dying . We pulled up to AutoZone and Mr. James came right out and diagnosed the problem for us. You just can’t find customer service like this anymore. Thank you Mr. James.

    I am more than pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service I received at the Brunswick, GA Community Rd. AUTOZONE. This location is my go-to auto parts store and the service is good. But this morning i had to return my truck battery that failed unexpectedly within the 2 year warranty period. The associate immediately greeted me, asked what I needed, retrieved the old battery from my car, swapped it out and placed the new one in the trunk. No muss, no fuss and no problem. It just doesn't get better than that.
