So it was a great relief to interact with such amazingly kind and professional staff. The wonderful man who installed our new battery even mentioned our brake fluid was a little low. In addition, autozone had several choices of the battery we needed in stock. The first store we tried only had batteries for cars built after 2000. Not helpful. So we really appreciated autozone and this particular autozone’s amazing employees. My only regret is that I did not get the name of the very nice man who installed the battery in our 97 truck! Thank you very nice man!!!
- DPDaniel PershingNov 21, 20211.0Received a new alternator from this location that's was bad, called the location and received very negative response from the employee, took alternator back and asked for replacement, was told by the manager and employee that the alternator that I had brought back had nothing wrong with it, and the manager told me the alternator wasn't my problem. After a bad attitude from the manager I finally received the replacement I had asked for,, went home put the new one on and it fixed my problem. I won't go back to this location again.
