This was my second service appointment at this location. I was again very pleased with how quickly I was able to get appointment. Roy, my service advisor was knowledgeable and friendly. My wait time was just about hour. I will be back.

Nothing but praise for this dealership! Our 2022 Equinox RV tow car broke down in the Keys the night before leaving . onstar gave a fuel pump module code. I called them to check to see if they had the part. We towed it for 11 hours…got to the dealership ten minutes before service closed at 6 . We planned to drop it off for them to fix the next day but they insisted we stay. Had it repaired in 20 minutes! We also wanted to buy a new battery but they checked and told us it was fine. Not to waste our money. And did not charge us the minimum labor charge Honest folks!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a check engine light related to the auxiliary battery/start-stop system. I paid $199 for diagnostics and was told both batteries needed to be replaced. With service and the oil change, the total was close to $1,000. After bringing the car home and letting it sit overnight, it was completely dead and required a jump start, that only worked after having to tighten a terminal left too loose from the battery install. I drove it immediately back to the dealership. After another inspection, I was told there was now a parasitic draw issue and was quoted another $199 diagnostic fee, an additional $600–$700 parasitic draw test fee (which I requested be waived) and a $600 fuse block replacement. After another day I was told yet another issue existed — a battery cable, which happened to be discontinued. This was on a Friday after waiting all day for an update. I requested the part number and was told I would have to wait until after the weekend for it. When Monday came, I didn't hear back again until later in the day after I had texted a reminder about the part number and estimate for repair which was a quoted repair cost of around $1,500. At that point I removed my vehicle from the dealership, had the code read and check engine light cleared from a seperate mechanic, and took the part into an independent mechanic who said it wasn't the right part for the diagnostic excerpt your dealership had provided. He went ahead and inspected the car and found a battery connection that had not been properly tightened, and corrected it with no charge. This whole situation caused a great deal of unnecessary stress, time, and expense. More thorough and accurate diagnostics and significantly better communication with customers may have made a major difference in my experience. I would not recommend anybody use your dealership for service, and I personally never will again.

My agent was Tina Luxton. And I had a great experience . My turbo charger was out on my car and they fixed it and then dug deeper and I didn’t even have to pay for my repairs , they then put me in a rental car (That I LOVED) and received my car back 2 days later . My car drives perfectly fine now with no issues . 10/10 customer service and will definitely be using them again .
