  I brought my truck into the Brunswick location for diagnostics and a key programming. Brittany Hood greeted me and was very helpful in making the process understandable and smooth!!! I had my truck at two previous shops with the key programming issue and was hesitant to bring it to a dealership, but Brittany was able to figure it out in less than an hour!!! I would give this review 10 stars if that was an option!!! If Brittany Hood is fixing your vehicle you have the BEST Vaden can offer!!!!!

  Shoutout Michael Avant an incredible car salesman who truly goes above and beyond! 🚗👏 From start to finish, the experience was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable (which says a lot when buying a car!). Your patience, honesty, and attention to detail made all the difference. You took the time to answer every question, never rushed the process, and made sure everything was just right. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way you do.   Some of these guys have no idea what they’re doing. I bought a car from other state site unseen. It was still brand new. They gave a OK discount not much when I asked them to register the vehicle they registered the vehicle wrong. They use my current tag instead of my other tag that I have designated for this vehicle and when I call back to explain the salesman Steven, who sucks by the way was not helpful and he couldn’t understand why I was upset. Nobody is at the dealership right now. That can actually help me avoid at all cost not worth it. I’m gonna try to see if I can unwind my deal.

  On Tuesday 4/7/26 , we had a terrible head-on collision, totaling out our truck! Here we are from out of state- no vehicle- sacred, anxious-and distraught! After many calls to numerous dealerships, we found “Chance” a kind young man. This young man worked his butt off to get us into the perfect vehicle- 3 days we negotiated- 3 days we texted- 3 days we tried numerous vehicles- this young man even brought a vehicle from another dealership in South Carolina to find just the right vehicle and payment for us! Above and beyond this young soul and his team at Dan Vaden In Brunswick Ga, put us in a new GMC Truck. Chance even worked after hours to send pictures of vehicles to us for review! He knew our anxiety was at all time high! I can’t recommend this young man enough for the kindness and compassion we were shown during our traumatic accident! Chance certainly made a horrible experience a much easier experience! With that said I recommend “TAKE A CHANCE ON “CHANCE” you will not be disappointed! The team at Chevrolet/Cadillac ( Angie & Joe) are simply Amazing! Tell them Karyn sent ya!

  I can’t say enough great things about this dealership and the incredible service I received. They went above and beyond in every possible way—driving a vehicle in from two hours away just to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. On top of that, they stayed hours past closing to get everything finalized without rushing me once. A huge shoutout to Micah Moore, who was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. He was patient, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making this a smooth and stress-free experience. It never felt like a typical car-buying process—more like working with someone who truly had my best interest in mind. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually delivers on customer service, this is the place. Highly recommend!
