  Update 3/10- 3 star I called on 3/10 to speak to the manager about my experience with my rear wiper blade. After much back and forth, I asked to come into the store so he could assess my car. He kindly replaced my rear wiper blade and offered to reimburse me for the missing wiper cover the employee removed from my car on 3/8. Buyer beware that there is no policy enforcing all workers to have same skill set and knowledge on cars, so if one employee starts work one day there is no guarantee that the next day anyone can finish the job or help. Original review- 1 star On Sunday 3/8 I came in to buy a new rear blade and to have it replaced. I bought a blade and the associate removed my dealer blade and was unable to replace it with the blade selected. With more research we found the correct blade. Unfortunately it was not in stock in store. He then ordered a new blade for next day store delivery and told me to come back the next day between 5:30-6 for installation. When I came back the next day, I picked up the appropriate blade and all the associates are refusing to replace the blade saying they don’t do rear blades at Autozone. I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of consistency on employee policies and now I’m stuck figuring out how to replace my own blade. I wish I would have waited to go back to the dealer as I had done in the past. Very poor customer service. Do not come here expecting all the workers to be competent.

  they lie about their batteries tests. they instantly showed faulty battery, then tried to sell me a almost 300 dollars battery. I went to O’reilly next door to test it, there was nothing wrong with it. they checked 3x, and everything was clear, there was nothing wrong with my battery!

  Came to get my battery checked out. Young man name Louise help me out checked my battery then replaced my bad battery. Louise was very helpful, and help me choose the best battery for my car. If your are looking for great service with a smile this is the place you want to go. Autozone you all have a great team member working there. I greatly appreciate all the help. And main thing he did not try to get me to buy the most expensive battery that they sale. That was much appreciated

  Antonio was awesome. Because of his customer service, I’m going to bring all my auto business to Auto Zone. Companies need more dedicated staff like Antonio.

  Antonio was so helpful and kind! Got my new windshield wipers and installed them for me in the pouring rain in no time at all. I was in and out in 5mins! Thanks for saving the day on a very early rainy Sunday morning!
