  Worst possible service. First, their charge was almost double ($150 ) as compared to a Toyota dealership as I found out after the service was done ($69.99 at Toyota - full synthetic). (My fault for not checking prices first). Then, Eric wanted my personal address which I refused to give and for that he called me “unethical “. (For not be willing to share my home address?!!!) The guy probably doesn’t know what the word means. Then I asked if he can check the level of the transmission fluid to see if it’s ok. After the previous guy said he will do that, this guy says that they service transmissions but they do not check fluid levels. 😳 What?!!! How do you service without checking?!! He stated the other guy is not trained and doesn’t know. After a few back and forth replies he told me straight to my face that I’m no one special and I am free to go. Of course, I had to ask for a receipt because in his little mind I wasn’t worth getting one. Don’t waste your money and time. It’s a lot better at the dealership. Lesson learned. Avoid this place!

  I had a terrible experience with this location yesterday. I came in for a transmission fluid change, and after sitting there for about 20-30 minutes one of the technicians asked if I had my transmission fluid done somewhere else, and I told him I had not for the four years I have had the car. He proceeded to tell me the fill plug was stripped and they may not be able to service my car since they couldn’t remove it. He walked away, the other two techs walked away and began working on other cars, and I just sat there… Finally someone came back over after another 20 minutes maybe and said “so he probably told you we won’t be able to do your service.” No—he didn’t. I was sitting there waiting for confirmation as they went to other vehicles. This tech attempted to get the fill plug off and was also unsuccessful. I requested a copy of my service report to verify with my dealership that I had not had any transmission service done before yesterday. I straight up asked the third tech if he stripped my fill plug because there is no way it would be stripped now if no one touched it before. He said no, it was already loose and he couldn’t get it off. I took my vehicle to the dealership this morning and they said they are certain that Valvoline stripped it, as they have no record of any transmission service being done with them, and it couldn’t have occurred any other way. This service has now gone from $200 to $1500 because I now have to replace the entire transmission pan with my dealership. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability from Valvoline and it feels very unfair I have to come up with an extra $1200 now for something that was not my fault. I have a daughter on the way in 6 weeks and this unexpected bill has our family stressed out, as you obviously can’t drive a car if the transmission goes out, and would cost us way more. We are stuck between a rock and a hard place because of them and we will not be returning for any future service.

  Incredible service, and they make sure to double check everything. An oil change tool 15 minutes and compared to other places the pricing was very reasonable.

  William was so helpful and operated with a high level of professionalism and expertise. He helped get my oil changed quickly and offered helpful tips as well. William is a great employee.

  Todd was amazing he did a great job with my radiator flush. Very honest person who cares about his customers and does the right thing for the vehicle! I can't say enough good things about him! Would highly recommend!
