One of the Techs reminded me about the upcoming holiday. This was the busiest I have ever seen here. The time waiting didn't really seem that bad. I normally am very happy with the service here. Being so busy, I assumed this would change. I was pleasantly surprised when the Manager, I believe Eric, who was taking care of me shocked me with his words. I have a 4 month old truck and assumed I needed the cabin filter changed on this visit since the truck is in dusty, dirt filled job sites often. He asked about the filter and I told him they were too busy today, we can do it next visit. Eric said, " You are my customer now and we are here to take care of you", or something similar, don't remember the exact wording. I was very impressed by this and felt highly valued as his customer. Eric, I hope I got his name right, was very calm and efficient as well as everyone else working that day. I understand the pressures that can occur in any business when there is a surge of customers. Thank you Eric and your team! I have said in previous reviews that you guys are the Chic fila of oil change stores with the excellent customer service, now I believe you have surpassed that!
