I asked for a refund and they gave me greef. I will no longer use Pilot. Trucks everywhere can't even get out, it took almost 45 minutes to exit.

Fuel side employees are always on phones, cutting up playing or complaining about something. But gotta get my wings or pizza to keep those hard workers. Fuel side need get it together smh. I would give a higher rating but only employees deserve 5 stars are the ones working.
