- TLTrey LacyFeb 23, 20261.0I called at 4 pm asking if I could come in for a quick tire patch. I was told by the guy at the desk that mechanic was about to take a break, and to come around 5 515. I show up at 515, and the guy greets me with "im sorry but my mechanic is on break, and it will probably be an hour wait until he returns". The business closes at 6 pm. Youre telling me the only working mechanic takes a lunch from 5 to 6 and im just supposed to wait until after the business closes for him to come back for a simple 5 to 10 minute tire patch. Completely disappointed in my experience today. Have been here before and was satisfied. May have just caught them at the wrong time. Regardless, no tire shop should be open until 6, and only have one mechanic who is taking a break from 5 until closing time.
