  Yesterday April 6th I got a Jeep Wrangler for 2 days because that’s all they had in person even though I made a previous phone call to make sure they had a compact car and was told they did and they’d hold the reservation for me for 1 hour. When I got there, they didn’t have th compact car so they gave and charged me for the Wrangler. I came in today April 7th, to change the vehicle and Nick an employee looked me in my eyes and lied, charged me double and then made me sign some papers. I had to call customer service and I’m waiting on a resolve. I’m very upset, I hope Nick gets fired cause he is being financially predatorily manipulative. I have bank statements and the signed paper copy (without my signature). This is business malpractice and I hope I get my money back or I will call the Bureau of Better Business. Side note, he said his name was Nick but gave me a card for Ethan. So it’s between them too but he was a Caucasian male. I want the right person to be penalized.

  I made my reservation midweek, confirmed pickup at 1pm on Saturday. Me knowing that cars aren’t always “ready” when you arrive, arrived at 1:35. I was met at the door by a young man, obviously working helping another guest, and was told they closed at 1pm. I attempted to show my reservation for 1pm and asked why would Enterprise have a customer show up at closing time to complete a process that on a good day takes 10 plus minutes, but have had take an hour, after signing waivers and the walk around. I apologized and asked what now, the manager then came over placed his hand on the young man’s chest, pushed him away, and said rudely we close at 1. Still doesn’t explain why I was instructed to arrive at closing time. I stepped outside to attempt to call another rental car company and observed the same manger talk down to a young lady that had returned her car at 12:55, (she was still on the middle of working with the staff, btw). She had turned her ac on yesterday and the windshield cracked. That manager said with a condescending tone, “ maybe when you sign a contract, you need to understand it”!? What about reading a contract would have explained that if the windshield cracks due to no fault of your own, and if you simply ask about why it’s your fault, you will be made to feel stupid and powerless upon return of vehicle!! I will not use this location ever again and if I can avoid it I’ll never use Enterprise again! Based on this interaction I can say with confidence that even if I had shown up at 1:00 , I would still have been made to feel like a burden and not a customer and disrespected with all the eye rolling…because as the manger explains “ we close at 1”.

  They have always been helpful and fast. Great service and staff. Cars are always good as fast as they have to turn them over.

  Had a not so great experience here. My vehicle is in the shop because of an accident, and their insurance company was handling everything. Everyone besides Nick, I never had an issue with. But Nick always had a tone when speaking to me. I don’t feel like he was professional at all. And he was the main point of contact, unfortunately. I was in two vehicles, in the time mine was having work and neither were really clean. I had to clean when I got home. But “they clean with what’s available to them and do they best they can”, is what I was told. The second vehicle I got, had less than a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up, and they wouldn’t switch me to a new one. So I just took a picture and went on about my day so I could hurry up and leave. I finally have MY car back & glad I don’t have to deal with them any further. And hopefully never in the future. Ps, Ethan was very kind and was trying the best he could to help me. But I think he’s new, and Nick ultimately had the say so.
