I usually go to Jiffy lube in Kingsland and get remarkable service and they many different items on your car and inform of what service they have. In Athens Richard asked us what we wanted and said an oil change. The oil change took less than ten minutes and then he asked me to step into the show room to pay. Usually they go over over the work and tell what was good and what you might need but here he just gave the receipt and said okay thanks. It came to $124 dollars minus a $20 discount. At the oil changes in Kingsland it always has been right around $75.. When I got back to the house I looked on the receipt . It showed inspections that were completed and were okay but during the oil none of these inspection I observed them doing just changed the oil. There were no other customers at the time so they had time to do the inspection. Very disappointed in this jiffy lube and I would not come back. I might be spoiled from the Kingsland jiffy lube because they do a complete inspection of your car that includes checking your lights , flashers, air filters , all the fluids the car needs , the air in the tires and they reset your maintenance light. They then go over how the inspection went and give you a copy of the findings. Now that is service but I definitely would not go back to the very poor job they did in Athens especially at the price they charged Not a good value for me at all.

- KMKeely MorganJan 15, 20261.0I went to get my oil changed somewhere else in town today and they told me that the last time I had it changed, which was at this jiffy lube, they had over tightened my filter so much that they were not able to replace it without risking doing damage to the car. They told me I’ll have to now take my car to the dealership as they’ll be the only ones equipped to fix the issue jiffy lube has caused my car.
