Manager Richard offered tire rotation for my ride which I declined and I was offered an air filter replacement by another worker Reno. Great guys. They try to stay up to date on their skills. Will return for next oil change and maybe a tire rotation. Great shop. Great people.

After paying and cranking my car to leave I noticed all of my lights including my check engine light was on and my whole car was violently shaking. Since I knew it was not like this before I got out and went to find someone to let them know only to discover that everyone had disappeared. Likely due to whoever drove it off the deck knowing he messed something up. I found someone hiding in a back room and told him about what was going on. He proceeded to gaslight me. Saying things like “well the oil is good” while my whole engine shook and misfired in front of us. I asked him who all touched my car he refused to tell me. He refused to admit they messed my car up he refused to tell me what was wrong he refused any help at all. He even insisted that maybe I just “didn’t notice” that my entire car was violently shaking before. I immediately left and took it to a shop where it was confirmed that they left an airflow hose disconnected. I’ve gotten no money back or even an apology. Do not go here. There was no reason for them to even touch my engine with an oil change.
