  Isaiah was very nice and informative I spent $113 and used a coupon from the mail they gave me a little air freshener and did all the work on my car fast I’ll definitely come here again it’s my new favorite oil shop I got a oil change filter change. My oil pan was leaking so they gave me something for that to make it stop and they topped me off in my steering fluid.

  It's the first time I've been there since the change from Brotherhood to Strickland, and I'm not impressed. This was an oil change only, for a Mercedes E350 4matic, a car which has had its oil done there for seven years. The staff had difficulty figuring it out - especially how to install the filter. They didn't know about the service position for the hood. They didn't know it has a dipstick. The technician then had an extended toilet break. They didn't ask what oil I preferred. It ended up taking about 30 minutes for a ten-minute oil change, and they only discounted it 10%.

  Strickland Brothers were very helpful and thorough when doing my oil change. They checked the engine air filter and cabin air filter for me. They made the visit painless and easy. I will continue to use them in the future.

  My husband drives an older Saturn and he went to get the oil changed and they refused service and told him they do not touch Saturn's and that no place in town does. He went to Blue Ridge Oil Change and didn't have any issues at all! (Also talked to a former employee of the previous owners and said they've never heard of not working on Saturn's)

  There from 11:50am to 1:11pm...so needless to say not a 10 min oil change like it says. I don't mind to stay if a place is busy for great service, but this wasn't the case. Nearing the end of the oil change the employee was overheard by myself and my husband asking the employee draining the oil if he drained all of it because the oil level was high and darker than it should be. After about 10 more minutes of them running around and discussing my husband checked the level and also confirmed the oil was darker like some of the old oil had been left in. My husband requested for them to drain the oil and replace it, but we were dismissed and literally ignored by the employees working on our SUV. The solution they chose was to "drain the oil for 2 seconds" their words. Which the oil was still dark like old oil confirmed by my husband. Seeing we were going to get nowhere with the employee we chose to just pay and leave. The employee said let me close the hood... as we pulled out of the bay and to the street turns out the employee hadn't even closed the hood so we had to pull over in the parking lot across from them at the credit union to close the hood. So almost $90 dollars later we, along with other family members, have chosen to find another establishment. We also attempted to contact by phone to discuss the issues seeing that we were unable to wait longer to talk with someone, but no answers to the phone number provided. Definitely not the place it used to be since it has changed names/owners. Very disappointing and if the post allowed no stars thats what I'd choose.
