I just couldn’t take the mud from all the storms on my truck any longer. The staff member that greeted me was Tyler and I know that because after using the wash and all the amenities I had to go back and compliment what a great experience I had. After talking with Tyler I learned that there’s been a change in management, assistant manager and manager and they’re excited to win the locals business. He was so friendly and I appreciate all his help. Way to go Whistle Express you have a great associate working for you. Ill be back soon for my next wash.

The staff spent xtra time spraying off the heavy mud build up prior to me entering the wash and it made a huge difference. Looks like the tire shine is working again. Tyler walked up while I was vacuuming and asked how my experience was and I told him it was awesome and that I would be back.

Once he passed away it was handed over to me and my brother which we cared and loved for the next 32 years. I am confident in saying that i know all the "ins, outs, ups, overs and betweens" (a saying from my father) of what it takes to run a smooth and highly efficient car wash. I am retired now and have recently moved to Georgia happily. Today will mark my fourth time using Whistle Express car wash and i feel like it has to be said.... This place makes me feel like i never left my beloved father's car wash. Truthfully. We all know the quote that goes "Quality over Quantity". Well, somehow they managed to do both. Every. Single. Time. I can go in depth and yap about all the boring intricate things and materials they use that get my absolute approval but there's really no need for all of that when it can be summarized as simply as 'The crew is top class and the clean is top class.' I unfortunately can not speak for all employees since i've only been a handful of times but as of now it seems like every time i go, i'm greeted by Tyler. Which immediately lets me know i'm in safe hands. (funny enough, my brother is named Tyler. as if this place didn't feel like home already). An absolute stand up guy who knows not just how to take care of the customers but how to to take care of their vehicle as well. "In order to have a clean car, you must have clean materials." is a staple that i was always taught and not many follow by that. But i can finish this review and say confidently that Whistle Express car wash has my stamp of approval and i will be back.
