  Never have Needed a rental until my accident now, but wow what a nice facility and professional personnel, Could not ask for better or faster treatment . Highly recommend. Would give 6 stars⭐️gave me a rental compatible to mine👍👍

  Very efficient operation. They had my reservation ready and I was in my vehicle ready to go in minutes with all questions answered too. Very helpful over the phone when I had questions regarding insurance coverages too.

  Hitting the key points, excellent experiences with my vehicles the past two times I’ve rented from this location. Vehicles had no issues, clean, wonderful and made traveling a breeze. The only complaint I have, is the deposit for your vehicle is $300–which is actually entirely reasonable, but aggravating as when you check in and ask for your total it’s not included. For instance, when I checked in it said my rental in total was over $700. Then when I went to pick up, it was $300 more. I was frazzled and frustrated, gentleman up front said it wasn’t hidden from me and said I had agreed to it. I checked, and sure enough, well below the total in fine print it does say you’ll owe an additional $300 for the deposit that you DO get back so long as the vehicle isn’t damaged. This is frustrating because that price is reasonable, and I’m not sure why it can’t just be included in the estimate as most people do like to budget and plan their trips. I’m not docking a star for that though, I’m docking a star because when I checked in and was confused and frustrated with this additional charge (mind you, the guest next to me was also equally confused and frazzled) I was given not great treatment. The receptionist hardly made eye contact with me, and his solutions were flat out rude. For instance, he said I could just cancel my reservation, and when I asked if there was someone else I could talk to he said nobody would answer at that hour. He also said he wasn’t paid enough to be the person who set prices, which I never accused or implied him of being. I’m not a Karen, I wasn’t raising my voice, I wasn’t rude to him, I’m going to be really honest and tell you I’m just not in a place to spend $300 more than I expected and I needed help. I needed options. I had to leave, I needed the vehicle, and I was panicking. This is not the time in history to be treating anyone like they’re being dramatic or silly when it comes to finances. I do empathize with his position, I could see I wasn’t the only one who was upset about this. And I even apologized for coming across ugly if I did, and I was honest and said I was just frustrated and in a pinch. All he did was look at his phone and show me where the $300 was in fine print… and I knew that. I don’t need the front desk receptionist to be the CEO of enterprise and give me a vehicle for free. But I would, and I think I’m right in saying it, appreciate the face of the company to have empathy and decorum. I’ve worked customer service my entire life I get it, it’s exhausting. But it would’ve been tremendously de-escalating and professional to hear “I understand, let’s see what we can do.” Rather than “I don’t make enough money to set prices here.” When someone is spending over $1,000 at your location. In the end, he did help me—and I wish that had been the initial reaction rather than what I got.
