I went and visited two other shops in the area and they both told me they were a week or two out before they can run an advanced diagnostic on my car. That just wasn’t going to work. I called Arnie’s and they told me they can do it right away. I waited maybe 30min before the knew exactly what the problem was. The nice lady in the front found the part for me and pointed me in the right direction on where to get it in town! Everyone there was so helpful and extremely polite. If I’m ever in the area I know where I’m going for all my car needs. Needless to say I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation and got home safely thanks to them.

To give you an example of the kind of service you can expect, I recently ran over a spring on the highway and earned myself a flat. While working to remove the tire, we discovered a cross-threaded lug nut. Having my vehicle regularly serviced at Arne's, I knew they would help me out and fix the lug nut related issues as well. They repaired the tire and replaced the broken stud in a very timely manner and free of charge. It's good to know that honesty, integrity, and quality customer service are still alive and well. My dad would be proud to know his family is still being taken care of by Arne's! Thanks, y'all. ***Update: And because it took longer than expected waiting on parts, they gave me a coupon for a free oil change!

The mechanics were knowledgeable and helpful, and did a great job on my car with new tires, alignment and sway bar links. The manager was honest and I felt he sincerely helped me to get the repairs needed for safety reasons. I never felt like he was pushing me to make a purchase. He really worked with me on getting the best option. He got me a great deal, which I also appreciate. I can’t recommend them more, they do a great job.
