  Giving 1 star is being nice avoid this store at all cost use O’Riley or drive to waycross November 3rd 2025 I purchased O2 censors from your Blackshear Georgia store with a guy named mark. The parts arrived the boxes were damaged and looked like they were used parts not new. January 29th my car broke down due to a faulty part that was sold to me by your Blackshear store. February 21st I called to have the parts reordered as they have a year warranty with your company, and Jeremy the general manager was rude and rushed me off the phone. My father called back to speak to Jeremy in hopes his rudeness would change when speaking to another man, and sadly it got worse and he hung up on my father using the excuse he was there alone. I drove to the store to request a print out of the parts I ordered with numbers and sku number and date of purchase so I could go to another store to get better service than what I have received at the Blackshear store. Jeremy informed me he can’t print them but wrote them down for me. I did notice why I was rushed off the phone as Jeremy had her headphone in his ear having a personal conversation with somebody in his ear. This is the absolute worst service I have ever received at an Advance Auto Store. Ms Judy from Waycross store on memorial drive has offered to help me as Jeremy was useless

  I’ve had nothing but great experiences at the Advance Auto Parts in Blackshear, GA. The staff consistently delivers outstanding customer service and genuinely takes the time to help customers find exactly what they need. Most recently, on January 17, I stopped in to purchase Liqui Moly for my engine and couldn’t be happier with the product. The team made the process smooth and stress free, and their knowledge gave me confidence in my purchase. A special shoutout to Jeremy, whom I’ve done business with for about 15 years. He has always been an incredibly reliable source of information whenever I have questions about my car, and he does an excellent job managing the store. Mark also deserves recognition for his friendliness and helpful attitude. Both of them make this location stand out. If I missed anyone from my visit on January 17, my apologies. The entire team clearly works hard to provide such great service. Highly recommend this store to anyone in the area looking for quality products and top tier service. 🚗✨

  The most incompetent store ever store manager and female on phone will hang up on you when asking direct questions. They feel it is rude. No we just do not have time for people who do not try to help us.
