The absolute best RaceTrac in Metro Atlanta. The Store Manager is top shelf and works hard to keep the store in great shape.

Not 24 hours…. Must avoid this place. Management is AWFUL and extremely rude. One of the worst experiences in my life for a gas station ….

Isn’t this place losing a bunch of customers to the new QuikTrip right down the street? 🤣 I understand why now. I went in this morning (around 5:30AM), today I decided to get an ice coffee from the coffee machine instead of an already bottled one. I also grab 2 doughnuts for my son and a muffin for myself. Went to self check out like usually do. Didn’t think twice about it, kinda autopiloted in that moment. I typed in coffee and clicked the first thing I saw (small coffee), didn’t even notice the oversized older lady hovering the screen on the other side of the counter in front of me. Typed in the 2 doughnuts and was in the process of typing in the muffin when she says “how many doughnuts do you have?” I replied “2” she then asked “how many bags do you have?” I said “2” she then said “you only put 2 doughnuts” I’m not sure if she knew I wasn’t done ringing up and was in the process of looking up the muffin. Obviously was accusing me of trying to steal. Didn’t even let me finish processing my order of get to the option where paying before making accusations. I was taking so far back that all I could do was laugh and think to myself I’ll never set foot in this establishment ever again or spend money here. I fill up my 2025 diesel truck here at least once a week and I fuel up my regular work truck here as well. Either my personal credit cards or my business credit cards get swiped here REGULARLY. I swing by at least 5 days out of the week so my son can grab snacks and stuff before and after school as well. I spend a lot of money here so that this doughnut police lady can make weird inaccurate assumptions. The coffee confuses was an honest mistake and I even stated “Sorry, I didn’t know there was a difference” and she said sarcastically “oh, honey there is” very sarcastically, think the difference is a few cents 🤣 Nonetheless, that part did need to be altered and I was totally ok with that but her whole demeanor and pet names she kept calling me was her obviously doing way too much thinking she caught me in a “ah ha” moment and it was not the case AT ALL. All I could do was laugh to myself in disbelief. I didn’t catch her name but she was massive! In weight and height. She was older, white, and I think smashed had reddish hair. I’ll definitely be reaching out to corporate. You don’t assume and treat people like this! I have no reasons to steal or want to steal much less a doughnut. It’s baffling to me.
