All the paper work was correct and we have enjoyed the vehicle. In May 2025, we drove our family to Ft. Walton Beach, FL. on the way, i felt a transmission issue. Therefore, we took it to the local Ford Dealership. They kept it overnight and called saying we needed a new transmission $$! I asked about the warranty which expired about 20k miles ago. Suddenly, I remembered the WF paper work stating lifetime powertrain warranty!! We contacted WF and with no questions asked, they sent a Ford Expedition to us on a roll back wrecker and picked up our vehicle and replaced the transmission at no charge to us. They then brought us our vehicle and picked up theirs, at no charge to us. We could not be happier and will buy there again if at all possible.
