  Purchased tires from here and would definitely recommend. Tammy was very professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. Great customer service, clean facility, and affordable pricing.

  The behavior of the employees at this establishment, the speed of work, & quality are all worse than abysmal. Tammy continually lied to me about the time frame for the work on my truck. When asked how long until my vehicle was ready she said “they are putting the tires on now” when in fact a mechanic was in break, one having a cigarette & one actually working on a different vehicle. 15 minutes later someone finally began working on my vehicle. Tammy took me back into the bays to explain they were short staffed with only 2 employees but they were both now working on my truck. There were in fact 3 mechanics working that day. I was then told it would be 20 minutes until I’d be ready to go. Once my tires were on, Tammy proceeded to try and talk me out of getting the alignment my husband had requested when booking the appointment. When I insisted that I wanted all the services requested I was informed it would be an additional 30 minutes for the alignment. Lastly, I had requested for my husbands military discount to be applied for all 4 tires and was denied, after it had already been applied when we booked the appointment over the phone with corporate. We had intended to take my SUV for 2 more tires there but I canceled that appointment. They won’t get one more penny from us!!!
