Had it not been for the store manager, Ms. Crystal, I would have left 1 star. She was there on her day off helping another customer. My husband came in and asked if he could take a couple of the connectors out to the trailer to see which one he needed but was ignored because the other employees just stood in a circle talking. Ms Crystal heard him and told him she would walk out with him. She made a couple trips out to the trailer and got him the correct part and took him to Hunter to check the part out. Thank you Ms Crystal for your hard work on your day off. We will for sure be back. So sweet and caring. Hunter thank you for taking the time from commercial to check him out. The other employees need to take notes.

I have been treated so badly in my life from the manger at the store at the Barnesville location. She is very rude and doesn’t know how to handle people. I bought a battery a month ago I trying to get a replacement battery when she looked up my phone # she said I was in the system.that was a lie you should’ not lie to customer then she told me to get out of her store I(she doesn’t own the store) are should would call the police.
