I replied with I need an oil change he then says you are getting the synthetic oil change which is 89.00 for the first five quarts. He gave me no options or anything. I had to ask if they checked my fluids and tire pressure because they did not tell me that they did as they were doing it so it had me wondering if it was even done. I will not be wasting my money there again. And as far as their sign goes they're $24.99 because that's what I wanted was just a basic oil change they need to be more specific in what that basic oil change requires. Not just tell you well this is what you're getting and not even give you an option. In my opinion they have poor customer service.

I assume that comes with an oil change. But what if I didn’t have 120$? Prices should be posted and customers should be made aware that you will be paying at least 100$ bucks for an oil change. I could have went to Walmart if I knew this ahead of time.
