  I have never experienced such great service at an oil change place. Came to visit American Lube Fast in Bainbridge ha for the first time and not only was I greeted in the lat withing just a few seconds by a smiling face but was made to feel so welcomed it was comforting especially since I just moved here and don't know anywhere for these services, chose this place because of the reviews. Rachel got my information and pulled me into the oil change area, while she put me in the computer she showed me a price sheet and gave me a few minutes to decide. Once she got all my info entered they got to work. She pulled 2 different filters, checked my battery and also gave me a Carfax paper for what my car needed. She didn't pressure me into getting any of the services but I do drive a diesel vehicle and did decide to do both my fuel.filters, the oil change , wiper blades and both cabin and air filter. Her and the guy working with her yelled things back and forth do each other also allowing me to hear what they were doing and they completed zeveryrhing in leSs the 20 minutes and my bill wasn't even to higher for all the work performed. And she even gave me a 10$ off coupon for choosing them as there " new car care family member" is how she worded it,just herself and her beautiful smile has me hooked on this being my new oil change spot forever, Thank you Rachel And team I'll be back in a couple of months

  This was my first time using this service and I am well pleased! It was quick and easy and the techs were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

  I paid $102 after using a $15 coupon for a full-service oil change for the second time this year, and the outcome was the same. My husband had to fill all the tires with air and fill up the windshield washer fluid after buying a bottle at Home Depot. While this is a quick oil change, it’s not worth the money at all! The employee clicked on the ticket without actually doing the work. They are only interested is upselling you on an air filter, once you turn that down, the full service is over.

  Great service and they asked and did everything great the woman manager was awesome also in asking if my air filter needed to be changed in my clove department and she changed it like a champ took a few mins r so but was done and was first time anyone asked me about it glad it was done because it looked like it had never been changed at all in my jeep they were both very friendly and took there time in doing a great job even changed.my windshield wipers that I didn’t even know needed done also very great service and communication was awesome

  I got there at 550 they were done by 620 ... Really laid back and I had my 8 year old with me who was so happy that there was a girl working at an auto shop .... That last part was all I needed to make my day!!!!!
