At first, I said no, but then thought better and SO glad I did because it was sorely in need of changing. Amazed at the perfect service delivered on all visits to this location. Good and great customer service is GREATLY appreciated. It keeps customers coming back. To the OWNER, PLEASE reward the valuable people at this location.

Then they said if check engine light comes on its not going to be their fault because i started my car when it's not supposed to be started. They're the one who told me to start the car which I just followed and now they're blaming me!! If something happens to my car, we'll see then! Then I have 20% off coupon which they wont honor and kept on saying that it's already been used, where I haven't use it anywhere and it expires June 24, 2026. This is horrible experience especially with the technicians, they lack customer service and people skills!!

I contacted the store and was told to bring my car back only for one of the techs to tell me to take my car to a tire shop. Why should I have to take it to a tire shop when it was perfectly fine before I had service done here? The techs from my first visit were wonderful so this review isn't about them. I won't be visiting any of the locations again in the future.

I was very satisfied actually I was over satisfied but helped me out without a question and make sure I was OK before I exit there premises. Michael Toliver was one of the best ones there.
