- MMMeosha5 days ago5.0Tori was very sweet , I had a terrible morning due to my tire going flat and she was very understanding even with me being overstimulated after helping me calm down she talked me through getting a new tire and the pricing. I was second guessing buying a new tire because I wasn’t planning on spending that much but after talking to tori she let me know the benefits of the tire brand she has for the cheapest price and that’s what I went with. We need more custome service agents like Tori !

I previously had my car service at a Acura dealership , during such service they run an inspection to outlines needs and anticipated car repairs, and so they recommended rear brake pads. Here at Mavis i was quoted for multiple repairs that weren't need. They recommended I need rear brake pads, rotors, and brake fluid flush. I've already received a brake fluid flush a week prior from the Dealership. So I was confused as to why they recommended a brake flush and rotors. Once I informed them of the service that was completed he recalculates another price substrating brake flush and rotors. This action along displayed the lack or care and attention to detail. I don't need new rotors, as verified by the dealership. The Mavis located on east west connector up charges for repairs that are not necessary. Once the mechanic brought my car to the front he approached with displeasmemt and handled my vehicle wrecklessly. My daughter saw him fastly reverse and speed to the front of the office. As he approached the office he reduced speed but his attitude was very visible because i turned down the service. I do not trust them to work on my car.
