Each one of them took time out of a busy schedule, 10 minutes from close to be amazing representatives of Valvoline. Most employees would be concerned with getting the job done, starting prep work to close the store, and rushing to get home after a long shift. The staff instead offered amazing service, being personable, and asking questions about my wife’s car in a way that shows they truly care about their clients.
