- JMJAVIER MURILLOAug 14, 20252.0I love QT, but in resent years I've notice a decline in service, cleanliness and attitude. In this case the people at the front were great, but the bathroom even after being cleaned it smell like urine. The hotdog machine were dirty.

I guess I shouldn’t have done that because the guy behind the counter yelled, “Have a good day!” Very loudly as I was walking out the door. I turned around and smiled and as I was walking towards my car, I noticed that he was still looking at me (along with some other customers) as I got into my car. I assumed they thought I stole my cookie from the store, so I called the store as I was driving off to let him know that I didn’t steal anything, I was just warming up my cookie from chick fil a. I’m assuming it was him who answered the phone. He said, “OK, alright” and we disconnected the call. I guess he believed me, or maybe he didn’t. Then again who takes something from a store, then calls the store to let them know that they didn’t take anything? Well, I guess now only the cameras will tell.
