  Great service, great repairs. Upon leaving the shop I checked my glove box I had 2 loaded magazines one Glock 19 gen 5 and a Springfield Xds 45 missing from my car. I didn’t think they would be inside my vehicle moving around that much however they vacuumed the inside and I noticed two items missing. I’m very upset because with crime today if my bullets are used in a crime I can possibly get in trouble with the law.

  I had a great experience with gerber collision, quick and speedy process to drop off and pick up. Very professional and quality work done on my vehicle definitely recommend 10/10 👌

  If I could give 0 stars and still leave a review, I would have. Their general manager here is horrible and takes no accountability for their mishaps. I called this shop and asked the representative who answered, “Hi! My vehicle has bumper damage in the back, but I’m not really worried about getting the bumper fixed, moreso the mechanical portion to get the car back running, insurance will be covering it. Do you all do mechanical work?” She responded “yes we do, just let your insurance company know what you are interested in, have them send over the paperwork and we can get your vehicle here tomorrow.” I did as she asked and my vehicle was towed there the next day. I came in and went over the vehicle with one of their estimators. A few days later the General Manager of this location called me and was really nasty when speaking with me. He was upset that I didn’t want the bumper fixed and explained they would have to outsource the mechanical work since they are a body shop. He yelled “I’m not outsourcing to a mechanical shop for free so I’m gonna upcharge you at least 25% of whatever the mechanical shop is going to charge.” I couldn’t understand WHY I would be charged 25% extra when THEIR employee told me they take care of mechanical work AS WELL AS BODY. If she told me the mechanical work was OUTSOURCED, then I would’ve taken it to a mechanical shop instead of Gerber since Gerber would have had to do the same thing anyway. Instead of the GM taking accountability & talking with the employee who misinformed me, he kept repeating the 25% upcharge and asked when I would come get my vehicle since they wouldn’t be doing any work to it at their shop. He also tried taking his own “mechanical guess” at what was wrong with my car in order to sway the opinion of the adjuster, which was EXTREMELY unprofessional. If you are not a mechanical shop (like he stated several times), you should not be guessing at anything mechanically wrong with my vehicle and definitely not speaking your “opinion” to the adjuster. I would not recommend them and especially not if you are using insurance. It seems they try to work against you with the insurance company. I removed my vehicle from their shop yesterday and went with a better option.
