$350 to mout and balance new tires I already bought is crazy but that’s okay because their motto is “we baby your car” took my brand new wheels out the box to them today for mount and balance because they work on higher end vehicles I knew the high price I paid would reflect in the work. 3 hours later I have to be at work so I call and ask how much longer and I get told it’ll probably be ready tomorrow.. like what?!!?!?? Then I say well I’ll just get my wheels and tires and head home so I won’t be late for work and get a point then while waiting for a time, he tells me they’re actually ready. So I get my wife to pull around back and they show me a big gauge in my new rim and then blame it on me and then blame the shipping company I bought them from. They were brand new just out box and I took pictures when I got them from ups. And they had clothes covers on them for protection. Idk I would have been a life time customer but this just made me so sad.

Shoutout to Butler Tire for being honest and actually knowing what they’re doing.
I went to Tires Plus THREE times for an alignment after getting a new drive suspension, and my car still wasn’t driving right. They kept telling me I needed new tires and that was the issue.
Took it to Butler Tire for a second opinion and immediately got the real answer: I needed a new control arm. Not what I wanted to hear, but at least it made sense.
Rheann really came through—helped lower the cost and also pointed out my brand-new tires were already damaged from being improperly aligned. He even documented it on my invoice.
Because of that, Tires Plus replaced my tires for FREE, no labor charge.
That kind of service is rare. Huge thanks to Rheann—I’ll definitely be back.

Based on the Good reputation this business has/had & positive feedback, I decided to give Butler Tires a shot. Seems like i made a mistake. I got the Full ceramic coating & wheel cleaning package but I’ve had to go back 4 times due to the trash work they did. White sticker Residue was left on my wheels which prompted my 2nd visit. After that visit My car kept giving me “TPMS Malfunction” warnings which prompted my 3rd visit. On this 3rd visit, Instead of Pulling my car into the bay & THROUGHLY REMOVING & CHECKING THE TPMS SENORS IN MY WHEELS , they hooked their gadget up to each wheel & tried to blame my malfunction on “being the same TPMS sensors from 2018 when the car was new”. I Left there to get my brakes done & soon as the tech took the front passenger wheel off WE COULD LITERALLY HEAR THE TPMS SENOR ROLLING AROUND IN BETWEEN THE TIRE & THE RIM ! $688 for ceramic & cleaning but they cant properly re-install your TPMS sensors after dismounting your wheels or five you back a clean residue free wheel. Completely unacceptable.

Paid $4800.00 for some rims and tires.
Drove the truck for about 3 days. The tire pressure light came on the dash. They been giving me the run around for three weeks now. So know I got to take it back to the dealership and pay them another $600. To figure it out. Then they tell me oh we have problems with most of the rams that we do .why didn't you tell me that before I paid for the rims. NOT GOOD BUSINESS TO ME.
Frequently Asked Questions About Butler Tires and Wheels
Do I need an alignment?
During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications.
Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year.
Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.
