  Had fuel issue with truck. Ended up being a wire. Got charged nearly 4k for the wire repair, ujoint, and trans service with trans lines on pto to be replaced. I don’t have a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is being verbally told over the phone that they needed to take the pump off the truck and take things apart to find out what is wrong. Inside of the warranty period they expressed and not 4000 miles later does my high pressure pump they told me they had to take off a year ago have its bolts back out and gets ruined from coming in and out of the housing. Just to be told they won’t do anything about it and that it’s not their problem. It’s been a little over 4k miles since they worked on it and within their warranty period and they won’t honor their work. Having to retain legal and sue them as they won’t make it right or provide their insurance information. This is on a 30k truck. Losing 1500 a day while it’s down. Thanks Matthew’s motors.

  I was in search for another clean and well maintained truck for my mobile detailing business. I came across Matthew Motors in Georgia, where I spoke to Travis over the phone. My business is located in northern North Carolina and I was simply unable to make the drive due to business constraints. Communication was top tier, as well as the most BS free and professional sales I’ve ever dealt with. I will be coming back for my business fleet needs.
