Went today for tire rotation and the lady at desk was very nice and professional...however the technician was rude ...after pulling my truck into bay he came to tell me my tires could not be rotated because of my running boards. I tried to explain it was not a problem when tires were placed on truck and he said "I didn't put tires on your truck and I can't rotate them...was very rude and totally unprofessional. I will not take my truck back to the Tobacco Rd.business ever again
- AJAlexis JohnsonApr 11, 20265.0go to this location instead of the one off of windsor spring. got an oil change done at the one off windsor spring behind lowes and they did not put the skid plate back on correctly so it came off while i was going down the interstate and left me and my boyfriend stranded in the heat on the side of the road. Kayla at this location is awesome. she originally answered my phone call and after she got me in touch with the folks at the other location she made a point to call me back and make sure everything was figured out and okay which i really appreciated. will definitely not be going back to the other location.

They checked the code and it was from the service they did. He did not apologize. However the mechanic Justin rectified the situation and made it right. Justin was awesome and provided excellent customer service skills.
