    Worst experience I have ever had with enterprise, this location will never get my business again. Complete lack of care for the customer.

    Didn't have the Luxury car we ordered. Offered us two different SUV's. Us ladies didn't want a gas guzzler, we wanted something classy and sophisticated. We ended up getting a Toyota Camry, that was returned 30 min prior, he offered it to us dirty. We asked him to wash the car and provide a discount, which he did, but we were still highly disappointed. During our last our traveling to Georgia, the right passenger back tire went flat, we had to wait an hour for rescue. We traded the car into a Enterprise in Georgia the next morning. The replacement we received was shaking and smelled like smoke. We returned it immediately. We opted to catch a ride back with a family member instead. We are still waiting on a refund for the difference of a day. I will try them again in the future, hopefully they will meet our expectations when we do.

    Always a great experience. Make sure you have a major credit card for the $400 deposit AND the price of your rental and it will all go smoothly. Easy to rent a car and drop off your car in the secured lot if you need to.
