  This was my first time ever renting a car, and I made a last-minute reservation needing a specific size vehicle. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any available at the time and there were others ahead of me BUT Des and Lala went above and beyond to make it happen for me. I couldn’t have been more grateful for their help and kindness!

  i’ve waited over 2 hrs twice for my vehicles. this place does not care about reservations and helps people that just walk in without reservations. it’s not a first come first serve and they pick and choose who to help. i’ve been late for my work trips twice because this location doesn’t hold true to reservations. they say they’re getting my car ready and keep me waiting for 45+ minutes without any update. i’ve tried to post reviews on yelp and they won’t go through, so now im posting here so i can warn people. do not rent from this location. if you do, be prepared for your reservation to mean nothing and don’t expect to get to your location on time. won’t be using again. would rate 0 stars if able. and this is me being nice

  My Apirl rental was so disappointing I rented this car for my mom's funeral and when I got this car it had an issue so the Master's Week was upon us so car's was limited I understand that but for about 2 or 3 days they had me waiting for a different car just to tell me to drive outside of Georgia to get another car so I drive to Birmingham Airport were a car were suppose to be waiting but it wasn't because they had a thing going Nascar that week so I was told by two employees to leave so I had to drive to Memphis Airport then I change car's just to get another car that had a problem now this is the day before my Mom's funeral hoping that I make it on time because the issues with the car's so after the funeral I go back to the Memphis Airport to change car's again because of electrical issues drive back to Georgia just to be told that we're going to refund you for two day's and give you a 20 percent discount on your next rental but i feel like you should've refunded all of my money or gave me a free week for my heartship at the time cause I was all ready grieving my mom and now I go to go through all this stress with enterprise when I should have not had to no one to my feelings in consideration.

  Very unprofessional, indifferent, and honestly just lazy. Because I was closer to their location than the original enterprise that I was assigned to, I asked the female representative to transfer my reservation. She refused to do so saying that if I got a ride, then I could just go to where my reservation was originally, repeatedly. When I told her that I had called the enterprise call center number, she feigned ignorance until I insisted. That is when she said that they are paid by enterprise, but are not attached to the company. She then repeated herself about not wanting to take my reservation. If there was less than 1-star, she would have received that. Of no help whatsoever.
