  Customer service was great when I returned the car after hours they called me to let me know they received it and that I even left some important papers in the car. I will use them again

  If you are going to chose an enterprise. Chose this location. You will not be sorry. I showed up right at closing and kadesha took great care of me. ( 2 other locations sent me away with no car even though I had reservations)

  I highly recommend the Washington Road location. After a bad experience with the manager in Grovetown I drive a little further for better service. Every reservation I’ve had has been handled in a timely manner and the vehicles are always up to par.

  I booked online 2 days prior with CC and called the day before to see options of adjusting time. To see if I could to get maybe an hour earlier. They told me they won’t have a vehicle for me at all because they are saving them to use for masters week. Which I didn’t understand. The online gave me the option to book it and if it wasn’t going to be available shouldn’t someone have let me know. I told her we really needed this and she said she would check into it to see what she could do and give me a call in the morning to let me know. I told her we don’t live in that area. To go there wouldn’t have been a hour drive to come pick up. Well no call this morning so I called at 12 noon just in case so I didn’t drive out my way to come pick up a vehicle and they wouldn’t give me one. She advised that she had all of hers sitting for masters week which doesn’t start until the following week. So not only didn’t you call me to tell me like you said you would but no one even advise me prior after I booked it which again not sure why gave the option. Me and my kids and family are now having to scramble because you have vehicle’s but you are holding them for master week. Which again is not until next week I only booked for this weekend I would bring back Sunday if I could but they don’t have that option. I just feel this was handled very poorly.
