I will never use this place again. They never called after charging over $800, dropped the vehicle in the road, facing the wrong way on a busy street with the key in the ignition. When talking to the owner, he said there is nothing he can do, supposedly the driver tried to call, yet I have no history of any missed calls received from the driver or anyone else. He told me the vehicle is drivable and we can just drive it up the driveway ourselves, however, the brakes don't work, which is the reason for the tow to begin with. When calling the owner back, asking why nobody came to the door, he said because of covid, yet nobody in the office was wearing masks. Ridiculous

Y'all are a minus zero . My experience is the worst . They tow my husband ride while I was in hospital I couldn't get none of my stuff. Now they saying I can't get any of my stuff unless I sign it over or pay the whole fee . Which I had over 200 dollars and my sister ashes that had just passed away couple days before . They are very rude on the phone . And the fact my husband out the country and they won't even let me get the car off the lot if I paid the fee. So keep my money and my baby sister urn. I will never suggest Watkins to anyone
