- EDEric Dryer5 days ago1.0One of the least professional experiences I’ve ever encountered with a tow truck driver. Proceeded to curse me out and berate me at the Stevens Creek common apartment complex when he blocked in a series of cars in the parking lot with tenants attempting to leave. Did not bother to offer any assistance until he was pressured to do so by other people that was there. He showed no regard for the fact that he blocked people in parking spots when there was clearly enough space for him to move elsewhere. I would absolutely not use this service at all and would not recommend interacting with their drivers because they are very hostile.

Watkins took it to their lot. Refused to let me get anything out of it for three days when they were supposed to bring it to Rick‘s painting body had to end up, calling the police and another tow company to finally get my vehicle. They told me I wasn’t allowed on the property block my vehicle in and kept making excuse after excuse of why I couldn’t get it or get my belongings out of it. So the owner Justin wants to get on here and make up some more lies I loaned the vehicle have the title and it was insured he also stole a civic from another guy the same way wouldn’t let him get it and according to Rick’s no it was supposed to go to Rick’s not your tow yard

They never called after charging over $800, dropped the vehicle in the road, facing the wrong way on a busy street with the key in the ignition. When talking to the owner, he said there is nothing he can do, supposedly the driver tried to call, yet I have no history of any missed calls received from the driver or anyone else. He told me the vehicle is drivable and we can just drive it up the driveway ourselves, however, the brakes don't work, which is the reason for the tow to begin with. When calling the owner back,asking why nobody came to the door, he said because of covid, yet nobody in the office was wearing masks. Ridiculous
