Proceeded to curse me out and berate me at the Stevens Creek common apartment complex when he blocked in a series of cars in the parking lot with tenants attempting to leave. Did not bother to offer any assistance until he was pressured to do so by other people that was there. He showed no regard for the fact that he blocked people in parking spots when there was clearly enough space for him to move elsewhere. I would absolutely not use this service at all and would not recommend interacting with their drivers because they are very hostile.
