As I was leaving, a woman in the bay area said, “Have a nice day and a happy new year.” I replied, “You too,” and a man standing next to her then said to me, “I hope you don’t.” I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional this was. There was absolutely no reason for such a comment. This was only my second visit since the location is new, and I will not be returning. I also tried calling afterward to speak with a manager, but no one answered and there was no option to leave a voicemail. Very disappointing experience overall.
