While waiting for an available shower, I noticed that two showers were marked as needing cleaning. As truck drivers are often on tight schedules, I politely asked the manager about their availability. Unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive and lacked the courtesy I expected. I understand that staff members may be busy, but timely communication and respectful customer service are greatly appreciated—especially for drivers who depend on efficient facilities to stay on schedule. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
